I have a question that maybe Sawnose or someone who worked on the first Halo can answer.
I never played Halo 1 on the Xbox, only the PC. Almost everyone who has played the game knows that you had to "lead" your shots in Halo 1. So the question is, was the idea of leading shots in Halo 1 something that was implemented by the programmers and the multiplayer designers, or was it something that occured unintentionally when the multiplayer portion of the game was programmed?
Another question (sorry I know asking another question might be cheating DeeJ), in Halo 1's (PC) multiplayer, whenever the player damages the opponent, there is a special sound or audio cue that lets you know whether or not damage or a hit has been registered on the opponent. How come this feature wasn't in the Xbox version of the game but was featured in the PC version? Does it have something to do with Gearbox porting the game?
