Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.
I know who you are.
You are Destiny.
Q3: This is directed to urk since he doesn't read his PMs from last year.
I own the domain bungie.co and operate a minecraft server among other services and software, and as someone brought to my attention:
There is a problem that I want to address, and its our IP address. Most of you know that I am a Paralegal, and that i sue people, and one of the area's I work in is Trademarking. We need to change our IP address, Bungie owns the name Bungie, and and unless we have Microsoft Corporation's and Bungie Inc's written permission to be using it, plan on getting sued. Trademark infringement is not a little problem, and if Microsoft or Bungie finds the infringement there is going to be a huge problem. (So you are aware Bungie and Microsoft have more than 7 trademarks on "Bungie". Go to http://www.uspto.gov/ then go to trademark search and do a basic search for Bungie.)
I would like some clarification on Bungie's policy on using their name. Just as long as we're (bungie.co) not infringing on their rights, credit them, and follow the laws (and the laws of common sense) everything's fine correct?
