It would make no sense to change almost everything that the eairlier Halos had. It is obvious that Bungie would never go to the legnths of space battles or water battles in which vehicles are what make or break a game. The are smarter than that.

Well chances are they will not do it. Well to an extent, if they to have any water based vehicles it would probably like one and you would only use it twice or so during the game. But space battles? I doubt it guys.
Maybe... Maybe not. Doozie anyone? The very existance of it as an idea proves that Bungie had plans for Water based levels in Halo 2 which means there could be water based levels in Halo 3.
