Reach. The vastly improved custom options and forge 2.0 improved things so much. In many ways, reach was built entirely for customs.
so how do you explain the non textured forge pieces compared to halo 3? everything in reach is gray and dull
Couldn't agree more.
You can change color on pieces, rotate with snaps, phase things together, and so much more. Yes, you sacrifice some textures, but building around terrain in forge world is always an option, and it's not like there's no sandbags, crates, dumpsters, and other details to work with depending on the map.
yeah i get where your going and i loved all the features you mentioned, but for certain maps i wanted to make, i needed textures like the ones on sandbox in halo 3... Merging and phasing in reach though, were great features.
The main problem with Reach forge controls was that the Monitor revolved around the item, so you would end up in walls all the time and you can't teleport with an item.
