First off, please do not spam in my thread, my other thread was spammed by random.

Needs improvements:
Plasma Pistol takes half of Master Chief's Shields
No Autoaim
Sword less affective (So no one would pop out a sword and kill immediately)
Use of D-pad



Addings:
All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV)
Boat (But for both races)
Human AirCraft (Not just Banshee)
New Terrains
Jakal's shield like PDZ
Protective Shields during Spawn [MP] (So not sniper campers or players waiting for their enemies flag while killing people being spawned)
The 'new alien' race environments.
Swimming
Spectre with 'Guass' related as covenant vehicle. (Yet weaker since another passenger seat)



What should stay:
Secret Skulls in Campaign
First-Person Passenger Seat (Halo:Combat Evolved)
Fuel Rod on Multiplayer
Tankrides (Like Halo: Combat Evolved, you can take a ride as a passenger... it is fair due to open view)



Addings for Multiplayer:
The Flood - Instead of Zombies in Team Slayer where a dead sliced up spartan changes green, the flood controlled by real human players must infect to get morefloods, often times when the flood is weak against guns, he could jump really far and high. To stop the flood, is to activate something at a specific place, then evacuate.

Map Editor - Like Halo 2 on PC and Halo: Custom Edition. But should be seperated from official Bungie Maps during Optimatch. If there is matchmaking, then it should be viewed in a different optimatch list or friends list. (Should have Bungie Logo Access so 'everybody' won't put in over a thousand servers)

Pelicans/Phantoms - Should be played in maps that are larger than Coagulation, Side Winder and Containment

Objective Gameplay - More than just CTF, KOTH, Oddballs, Assaults, and Territories, makes seem 'Campaign' related with no story instead of one objective.

Dogfights - Banshee and/or Human AIrCrafts air battles, including the secondary fire which should not be placed back in other gamestypes. This should include pelicans and phantoms too.

ok, the Chief says in the fall of reach, he likes to fight with 2 feets on ground, so i think it should stay that way, seraph and longsword fighters, those are no weapons for spartans.

tho the pelican dropship and the covenant dropship would rule in MP.. not to do damage, just to drop the players where they are needed the most

I think Halo 3 can handle that, and possibly they could seperate 'Single Player' and 'Multiplayer' in different saves in the hard drive like 'Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory' where 'Versus' mode is different from Co-op and Single Player. If you don't know what game I'm talking about, go to gamespot.

So possibly Halo 3 could bring in one CD than two.

I like most of what you have to say but a couple of things. One is no auto aim. Why should there not be auto aim? For one it is not even auto aim it is more like aim assist because you still have to aim at your target. All it does is effect how fast you turn by slowing it down when you are over a target. Also everyone has the aim assist; it is not like only a few people have it towards their advantage.

The other thing is the sword being less affective. It is one of those weapons that everyone loves using but hates when they are agaist it. Also it is one of those weapons that makes people go and get it. If you have just a smg in the middle of Coagulation do you think people would go all the way out there to get it. NO, because everyone has the same or better gun. Thats why Bungie put a rocket launcher there because no has at the begining and they most likey need it to win. The only bad thing about the sword is that it never runs out of energy. That is one thing that needs to be change.

One of the things I do want that you said is Dogfights. They should have a level where it is mainly made up a flying aircrafts. It should be set in the place where you first get to play as the Arbiter. Another thing that would be cool is a level where it is all tanks.

There should be AA. Have you seriously tried to play without it? Play Halo PC, its insanely hard. Halo isnt like CS, DoD or Half-life, Halo is less realistic, and players are harder to kill.

I think the sword does need to be nerfed slightly. They nerfed it a little bit, by making is much easier to dodge. They shouldnt make it where all you do is switch and murder someone. Make it less accurate, go in straight lines only.

Second post of that should be needed:

Needs improvements:
Falling Injury (So no players could land down and survive)
Entire MP map should be playable, not just environment (Ever since going outside of the barriered maps and interested going outside, it just seems more fun if the action is there)
Fix of glitching (So players will not take advantages)
Falling ragdoll body (I just don't like the looks of Master Chief with swinging arms and legs, he seems he's still alive)
A map that takes place inside the Covenant Ship shouldn't be a maze.



Addings:
Flamethrower
Interactive physics - Specific guns could do something as an easter egg
Skull list - Whenever you find a skull in the campaign, it should be saved in a list where you can turn on and off ever since you found it. (It's better than 'Cheat Codes')
Wraith's turret - Since the B button was used as secondary attack for Banshees, same for Wraiths.




What should stay:
Rocket Launcher Lock-on (It's not cheap, but definently is still good)
Overshield
Active camouflage
Every weapon in Halo 1 and 2.



Addings for Multiplayer:

Midship Changes - Moving background
Various AI Maps - So Terminal isn't the only map with AI with the trains and Backwash with the oracle.

commandable AI - Call of Duty and GRAW have this, and you know what? They're stupid. The AI for Halo 2 is far better.

Longer Campaign - Halo: CE length
Jackal Shields - No, dumb idea.
Multiplayer bots - Maybe, but it only works for Slayer type games

These contradict, I.E. do not match together. Because you want glitching fixed, in the previous margin you mention folks interested getting outside the barrier. Isn't that a glitch? Yes. So, make up your mind.

I can make a game with Unreal Engine 3 with good mathematic skills and coding experiences, I just need tons of workers helping around.

The Wraith wouldn't be powerful, remember in the campaign where you kill off plenty of Wraiths in Metroplis and Quarantine Zone.

And the flamethrowers itself was back from Halo: Combat Evolved from the PC version, which actually doesn't take a big advantage over other weapons.

Flamethrower is WAY overpowered. I mean i just need like 2 secs w/ it on Halo:CE and they are dead, spray and run away and they are dead

They ought to do something about the sniper rifles. I love them to death, but, seriously, they need to change a few things. One, I think they should bring back the night vision, and a MP level where it is very dark, like Truth and Reconciliation on Halo 1. Also they should add a feature where you can send images from your sniper scope to you teammates, like for instance, you could be looking at an enemy base with you sniper rifle and send the image to you teammates so they can come up with a plan. Also they should make the sniper rifles like the Halo 1 sniper rifles, so they can hold more than twenty extra rounds. Also the sniper may be good for long range shooting but if you are in a situation in which someone is up close it is hard to get a good hit on them unless you get extremely lucky, I mean it is good and all if you can hit them but if they have anything faster firing, or more powerful than your weapon, you are screwed. Also they should add a weakpoint on the tanks. I mean any other vehicle you can shoot someone out of with the sniper rifle even banshees, though you have to get extremely lucky, but the tanks you can't shoot the out of, on halo 1 there was spaces in the tank hatch where you could shoot them out of, but they don't on Halo2. Also the Sniper rifle should carry six rounds a clip. Another thing, the rocket launcher, sword trick, if anyone knows what it is, can be used with any other weapon except the sniper rifle. I think they should chang that.
Now the rocket launcher. I don't like the rocket launcher very much. It is powerful and I have no problem with that but when is a weapon too powerful. I was playing my friend the other day and he had a rocket launcher. He kept killing me when the rocket hit somewhere around ten to fifteen feet from me, that is just crap, also I think you should be able to shoot their rockets out of mid air.
I like the battlerifle. But I think they should set on a firing mode system. I think that you should be able to switch between burst fire, single fire and automatic.That would be awesome.

That Sniper is completely rigged if you'd ask me. And the Battle Rifle is what I though at first, but there is an SMG and Sniper for a reason to seperate each. The rocket launcher is just fine, a Battle Rifle person who jumps a lot will definently take him out.

Here is a perfect wishlist which was made two years ago...

How do you get the sniper rifle being rigged. Also why have to carry around two or three different weapons when you can have them all in one, though the battle rifle would not be as powerful as the sniper rifle, and just to make it more balanced they should make the battle rifle fire as fast as the assult rifle, which by the looks of the trailer, might make a comeback. Oh and the jumping with a battle rifle doesn't work if they shoot the ground below your feet right before you hit it, especially when they are as good with a rocket launcher as some people I know. And believe me I tried jumping.

The Sniper Rifle was mean't for long ranged weaponry, not giving transmissions for other players or extra rounds. They gave you a lot of ammo in that one level because if the person isn't an expert. The Battle Rifle would be good like that, I used some before in different games but why make the Battle Rifle go single, automatic and burst? That's like an Assault Rifle combined as a Sniper Rifle including a burst shot. People in Xbox Live might as well use that gun 24/7.

To the original poster... most of those ideas are fairly bad.

Half of shield from Plasma Pistol? Then what are we going to use it for?
Overshields to protect from spawn camping? No way. CTF would be impossible.

Im sorry... but it's a good thing bungie doesn't take ideas from it's fans...

Wait, "Over"shields to protect spawn-camping? I don't understand. I said a shield protective spawn point so campers will not take advantages which should only last at least 3 seconds.

I said "Half shields" so people won't call them "Newb Combos". You could partner up with somebody with another plasma pistol.

And if all of my ideas are bad, then why not complain ALL of them?

First, in Halo 1 every level you could have up to, i think, 24 extra rounds also in the Halo books, which I know are not the game, but they did the imagery transmission, and, no, not every one would use the Battle Rifle 24/7 because, I said it would have automation, burst, and single, and only that, I didn't say more magnification which would make it more like the sniper rifle, the single shot is so you could save ammo, or you could just use the carbine which is actually a more accurate gun, you would have to be upclose to use the automatic effectively, and the burst wouldn't need to be any different, but the fact is the SMG is not the exactly the best weapon in the world it is sporradic and inaccurate so if they put in the assult rifle, all the better, but I am saying put in automatic for the need of a better weapon.

I'm just saying, Battle Rifle with all that is similar to a game in Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, where in Versus mode you are mercenary with the Assault Rifle (Not Halo) but often times people use it as a Sniper Rifle which was painful against the spies. And I did not say 'SMG' is the best weapon in the word, I just said it's a combination. I'm just asking for the fairness for multiplayer and Single player than stuff like that, even though the transmissions came from a book, that's likely to be found in GRAW.

- Active camo in campaign.(besides envy and arbiter cloak.)
- It'd be fun to have the flamethrower in campaign, just not everywhere.
- A stealth mission.
- Animals around the level.
- ragdoll only.
- when grunts cower, they actually cry tear drops and/or pee themselves.
- moveable blood, and bloody footprints.
- a level to rescue cortana.
- a level with every character and weapon in it.
- Flood hunters.
- I liked the way Halo 1's flood were alot more than halo 2's.
- more multiplayer gametypes.
- able to be hurt from flames and fall damage again.
- Johnson not invincible but very very strong.
