Key

I guess that answers the question from that one thread about whether or not Bungie goes 3rd Party for QA.

Great interview! I especially liked his thoughts on going to college . . . It's not all about what you learn, but that you are capable of working hard and accomplishing tasks. Good stuff.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Cool and Sim City was an awesome game. I thought the maxis part was funny. :)

Please stop complaining about the 'death of a loved one' it's my job. They probably deserved it anyways. Here's a warning, if you keep making pentagrams out of the neighbors livestock I will personally come to your house and kill everyone you love. Now leave me alone, I got to get back to work.

I envy this man (to a point)

Yes, there're too many numbers in my name.

Nice line of work. He holds the position that many people would kill for.

Bungie onry. Though it becomes drastically less interesting when Engineers conceive and go forward with the quantifiable most-efficient network of diamond mining tunnels.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

Sounds like a fun job, even if the myths are false.

I ♥ Bungie!

Dang I wanted that position. Welcome Scott!

I like this guy.

I would like to know more details about HIS interview process though. Like, how was he approached for the job after the contracting? Did he immediately start? I've been curious how they would do testing for people like him for quite some time.

He sounds like an awesome guy to hang around with. Minecraft, enjoys games, programming? Sounds like me.

Only four years of college left. Then, I apply for Bungie. xD

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”
- Dawes, A little bit of everything

Well done interview. I really do appreciate these Breaking In articles, they seem to give such a great perspective on the gaming industry. It's not all just designers.

Good work Scott K.
