So I was playing some good ole MLG TS on Amplified. I was getting shot so I ran behind a wall corner where the Carbine stands and a guy shot me through it. Yep, the bullet hit the wall didn't penetrate, but killed me.
For those who don't know who infinity ward is they are basically the crappy version of Treyarch. Here's a video demonstration of their final game before being fired by Activision for making crappy games.
It's funny, most people I know see it the other way round. You know, considering Infinity Ward started Call of Duty.
Agreed, to some extent. At least for PC, Infinity Ward lost their way with MW2. Call of Duty started on PC, and it was a very good game, up until COD 4. Treyarch's World at War I didn't like although they have had better PC support with Black Ops (albeit terrible optimisation) compared to even MW3.
As for the OP's point, this is what happens when games are played using P2P. For the most part it works, but there's always going to be that "shot around a corner" concept. Dedicated servers may fix this but M$ are unlikely to do it.
That said, Halo 3 isn't as bad as COD when it comes to thing like this. It happens.
