ALL HAIL GABEN

I own Myth and Marathon but don't play them too much. I should though. I do love Halo, but i', more devoted to Bungie.

Can't wait to see something on their new game.

I'm more of a Bungie fan rather than a Halo fan for multiple reasons, but the main reason is that I got bored of Halo.

I came for Halo, but I heard the Tru7h, fought thru Carnage, and stayed for Bungie.

The tide is turning, brothers! Let us take our kingdom back!

It's hard to say, now.

I consider myself a huge fan of Halo and its lore/backstory/current story, and the new direction that it's being taken is exciting me to no end. I CAN'T WAIT 128 DAYS.

On the other hand, playing through games like Myth and Marathon, and getting to know Bungie for who they are through their heavy and open interaction with their fanbase brings them that much closer to me. It's hard to think of them as a company now, it's almost like they're a bunch of friends living in another country that I can talk to every now and then like I would any other person.

In closing, I love them both equally.

RIP Halo 2

halo was the first bungie game I played, but I'm a fan of bungie now I guess. I'm not leaving since halo got taken over by 343.

I'm a fan of Bungie more because THEY made Halo. I know they can produce quality games and such due to their inovative team and have such a good community.

Bungie all the way!

  • 07.01.2012 6:54 PM PDT

Halo isn't great because of it's name, it's great because talented and amazing people made it. I'll always put Bungie ahead of a brand.

1.) "Crack In Time" - Louder Production Music
2.) "Agressive Sucks" - Moss Landing
3.) Custom Version of "Meet Oscar" - Louder Productions Music
4.) "Behind You Rise" - Distortion Music
5.) "Aurora" - Mark Petrie
6.) "Surge Down - Audio Machine

Bungie welcomed me with open arms, whereas 343i puts me in time out for voicing my opinion.

And the way Bungie treats their community is great.

I love Halo, I have played it since the beginning, even though I may not have had Xbox Live back then. Marathon is also a pretty good game. I have been here on Bungie.net longer but got a new account and I am looking forward to Bungie's next game. My old account got hacked.

Thank You Bungie! For the best games and Recon Armor. Also thanks for the early access to the Halo: Reach Beta!

Bungie, of course. They are an amazing and generous company. No other company is quite like them.

Thank you.

I like both at the same time. I can't choose between one or the other.

Brownie lives!

"10000?"

Bungie. This place is awesome, and has a very good community.
I also can't wait to hear about Bungie's new IP.

To echo others, Halo brought me here (specifically to keep up on Halo 2 info preceding its release) but the community kept me.

Gaming wise, im really more of an Bioware / Bethesda RPGer that a FPSer. But CE looked amazing, had aliens to pew pew, an excellent sci-fi story for a game, and - most importantly - local campaign co-op.

What was really weird was finding that Bungie made games I had played as a kid. I grew up in a Mac family (starting with a Mac Classic II), so I had already played Myth and Marathon!

Looking forward to more Bungie sci-fi!

I'm a fan of Halo 1,2,3.

My fanboy attitude towards Bungie was severely dented by Reach. I will never understand how they allowed it to be released. Terrible game.

  • 07.02.2012 12:40 PM PDT

Both.

I'll stay loyal to Halo as long as 343i doesn't mess it up (looks good so far..), But I'll always get games made by Bungie because I know that they make good games and they listen to their community.

I cap fools.

Halo is what brought me here, but the amazing interaction between the company and the community is why I keep coming back.

Dianna Agron is the epitome of perfection.

Quinntology.

I hated Reach and loved what 343i did with it after they took control. So as of now, Halo > Bungie. We'll see when Bungie announces their next game though.

Probably the company itself. I love how they've kept this site open and constantly communicate with their fans. I like the fanbase that follows their games too, they are familiar.
