Bye.

Just a warning.
If you follow Recons instructions you will lose the use of that email account. So not only won't be able to log in here, you will also lose the ability to log into that email address. In the off-chance you weren't aware of that.

I'm sorry you don't like my attitude but I'm just curious as to why you care about an account on a website you don't use. It's not like it has your credit card or anything like that linked to it.

the only problem i have with mine is that it's unstable,[very shakey],so you'd need a tripod for it.

Instead of trying to become infamous in order to get an account banned from the public forums (which is still not a deletion), you can always do this. I wouldn't do it, but if you want the account gone, it's one way to make it inaccessible.

Open notepad.
Make a long line of babysmash random characters.
Sign into WLID customer service.
Copy and paste the random text in as your password (both times).
Sign out of WLID.
Close notepad without saving.

You have now killed your account.

your account will always stay. you are not going to be able to have it deleted

I did. Posted by: All of humanity
You could just ask a mod to permaban your account. Last I checked permaban don't delete accounts though.

  • 07.01.2012 7:11 PM PDT

Please stop complaining about the 'death of a loved one' it's my job. They probably deserved it anyways. Here's a warning, if you keep making pentagrams out of the neighbors livestock I will personally come to your house and kill everyone you love. Now leave me alone, I got to get back to work.

It's rather obvious he didn't do either as he is still posting... At least not on his/her current account.

The topic of this has been shot to death, and then shot again. No, OP you can not by any means delete your account. Now that the question is answered can we please let this die out?

  • 07.01.2012 9:05 PM PDT

Here is the simple, and only solution.

Stop using this site.

You can't delete your account, and the moderators can only ban you. You can change your password or get banned, but that only keeps you from getting on your account. I don't see why you would want to do that if you could just not use the account, but whatever.

My guess is he probably did something illegal and thinks that removing his Bungie account will remove all traces from him. Seeing how the internet is these days, your name will be on some database backup somewhere, somehow anyways. It's impossible to remove yourself from the internet these days.

OP, there is a quote button below your post body. It's near the submit button.

I'm sorry, but that was bothering me.

OT: Just never sign in again. What does it matter if you still have ties to this website?
