Mine would have to be the scene which starts of the level in Halo 3 "The Ark".
Nothing says "badass" more than having the Elite ships engage the Brute ships whilst the humans drop onto the Ark.

Hell yeah, completely agree.

Vengeance only leads to an ongoing cycle of hatred.

Hmm...Most of the ODST cutscenes especially The Drop.

Why hello there.

The last cutscene in Halo 2.

Rain, and Jazz.

I'm either a fool or an inteligent man, depending on how sleepy or angry I am.

I originaly made an account on 07.27.2007 but I wanted to link my GT and made this account. Don't forget your passwords!

I recall loving all of the Covenent cutscenes in Halo 2. It's been too long since I've seen them so it's hard to decide on which one I liked the most.

Master Chief finding Cortana in High Charity in Halo 3. Jen Taylor performed impecably, and dat music.

That drop scene was cool. It being interactive made it better.

Hanger one I just shredded with the SMGs until ammo was out and I just threw 'nades like a boss while BRing.

My experience playing Cairo Station on Legendary

Does bonus content count?

Also, Kat's death was, admittedly, a generally awesome scene.

By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe.

Halo 2:
- Convergence of the plot leading to John and Thel's meeting with Gravemind.

Halo 3:
- End of The Covenant when Thel finally kills Truth.

Wars:
- Judgement Day cutscene where Anders activates the Dreadnaughts.

ODST:
- The intro drop sequence.

Reach:
- The opening cutscene of New Alexandria.

Halo 2 when Chief gives the Covenant back their bomb.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

Most Halo 3 cutscenes.

Elite: Shipmaster, they outnumber us 3 to 1!
Shipmaster: Then it is an even fight. All cruisers fire at will. Burn their mongrel hides.

(To discuss Halo 4.)

Halo 2, definitely had the most awesome moments.

Specifically? Giving the Covenant back their bomb, or in Halo 3, the whole Floodgate/Ark Scene.

It is possible to commit no errors and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life.

Cheeto is the only one among you that doesn't suck.

Probably this, or any of the cutscenes that follow.

Halo 2:
- Convergence of the plot leading to John and Thel's meeting with Gravemind.

I run Skirmish!!!

halo CE: silent cartographer, enough said

halo 2 had some good ones, the one that ajw34307 mentioned when the chief and arby met with gravemind was cool. Although the legendary ending in halo 2 with high charity being taken over by the flood was interesting.

halo 3: for me, i loved the intro to the ark and the covenant. Riding in on a pelican has never been more fun

halo 3:ODST: Most of them, but especially the opening drop sequence, does not get more bad ass than that.

halo wars: when captain cutter rams the covenant vessel with the spirit of fire or when sergeant forge kills the arbiter at the end, and you see the spartan's kick the arby off the edge of the platform lol

It is impossible to select one scene by itself as my personal favorite - however Halo 2's Regret closing cutscene and whole Sacred Icon/Library atmosphere are absolutely incredible.

That was cool, but my favorite scene from that amazing game is...

I have to say the climax where the Spirit slingshots off the planet and off to a random spot in SPASHE. Serena, shut up. :)

I loved that scene. My heart literally skipped a beat when she got shot and then the music played and you saw the desperation of Noble Team trying to cover her and get her in the bunker. One of the best things of Reach.

New Alexandria was the best thing about Reach's otherwise laughable campaign. I really liked how Bungie did that closing scene, especially when it cuts to the doors closing and you can see her foot twitching.
