Anyone having luck playing Halo 2 on an LCD? I've got a 360 and a 19" widesreen Acer LCD (8ms). For some reason, background shadows tend to cast a latent outline image in some single player and multiplayer maps. When you look at the sky, there is an outline of texture/shadow that shouldn't be there. Also, textures appear out of focus at different times???

Anyone have any luck playing Halo 2 on an LCD?

Yeah, I was playing through the first couple of levels of Halo 2 tonight on my 32" Samsung LCD, and that started happening. At first I got worried that it was some kind of awful burn-in, and freaked, but I soon realized that it was just some odd Halo 2 glitch.

Are you using the VGA cable? If you are, it only works in some resolutions. Maybe thats causing a problem?

I am using the VGA cable from Microsoft, what resolutions does it not work in?

Also, how do I get this moved, I posted this in the wrong forum. It should have been New M.

And what does this have to do with Halo 3?

Im not exactly sure which one, it's one of the higher resolutions. Try playing on a lower resolution and see if that does anything. From there, gradually go up until you run into a problem.

its like a large force of win going through fusion, thus creating a chain reaction of a huge asplosion of win destroying any fail within its awesomeness.

My Xbox and computer are hooked up to the same 17' LCD Monitor I use, and it's never had any problem.
