"What do you mean I hurt your feelings?, I didn't know you had any feelings, what do you mean i ain't kind?, i'm just not you're kind, what do you mean i couldn't be the president, of the united states of america, let me tell you something, its still we, the people, right? if there's a new way, I'll be the first in line, but it better work this time!"

they mentioned a new marketing document a la I Love Bees.

Not sure that kind of confused me too. Can anyone clarify for us?

Perhaps that document that was released as part of that Activision v. IW case?

DDOS'd Amazon's servers F5ing for Swag Bags...yeah I was there. :)

7-7-11 was another awesome Bungie Day! Thanks Bungie for making halo so amazing over the last 10 years. Can't wait to see what your Destiny will be next. ;)

They are referring to the 27-page leaked contract between Activision and Bungie about their next game series. It came up from a court case between Activision and (former) CoD Developers Jason West and Vincent Zampella. The document and summarized info immediately leaked to the web.

It is very sad actually. But glad to see Bungie playing it cool and not trying to pretend it didn't happen.

well, they did say it was a "marketing document"....hard to think of a contract as a marketing document. then again, as i reread it, i think they are playing it cool. just thought maybe i missed something as i don't totally check out the b.net much anymore.

also, how did people get a schwag bag with the chance to get a golden ticket? i never got a schwag bag :(

First of all, Swag bags were felt out last B-day, for their last community humpday; they gave steaks to any team (lucky enough to be matched with them) that could Steaktacular them. Swag bags were given to any team that was lucky enough to play Bungie and win.
I did not receive any swag, and I live in the UK, so I wouldn't have gotten a steak either. It was a bitter-sweet B-day for me.

Anyway; They are alluding to the fact that the '27 page marketing' was indeed the Bungie-Activision contract that stead what games we'll be treated to in the coming years:

2013: Destiny
2014: Destiny DLC's (forgot what exactly they are called)
2015: Marathon reboot and Destiny DLC.
2016: and on more Destiny stuff and new games.
