If you leave your controller while you're in games, that is known as being AFK. It is a form of boosting which gets you credit banned.

The system does not ban unless whatever act you did was repeated numerous times, therefore there is no appeals process anywhere. It lasts 2 weeks.

press "up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A" in that order at the main menu, and you will become unbanned and subsequently promoted to inheritor.

http://www.capturemyhaloclips.com/ - Get your Halo clips captured.
The Artists Corner - Show other members your artistic talent.
Storywrite - Where I am writing my book.

I looked at your stats (yes, I was sad enough to do that) and I saw some games where you got no kills or -1. Getting no kills counts as being AFK even if you were moving.

Banhammer is smart it activates when the player starts to play? no point in banning a player who will not play for a while.

The Internet is an empowerment tool that's agnostic; it doesn't care about race, gender, or age.

You can't reverse it.

Bans still carry on/start even if you don't play.
