So we found the "judge" to be "Puer". The "sentence" you get from the combination of the judge and 1st mother. The sentence then is:
X-X
-X-
X-X
X-X
...which is "Ruebus".

Latin for "Red". The figure is an overturned glass; an inversion, meaning good in all that is evil, and evil in all that is good. Like the Tail of the Dragon, the figure is considered so unfavourable that if it were the first in a reading, the reading would end. Astrologically it is associated with Scorpio and Mars retrograde; its inner element is ruled by air, and its outer element ruled by water. It represents passion, deception, violence, and vice. Its planetary intelligence is Graphiel and its spirit is Bartzabel; it is associated with the god Mavors, and the angels Samael and Barbiel. It is associated with the reproductive and excretory systems along with the genitals.
Remember this started with me saying [url= http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/94/Geomantic_ caputdraconis.svg]Caput Draconis[url] looked like destiny and it's description is like destiny/fate, Ruebus is the tail of the dragon. Puer is the rider of this dragon? All 3 have something to do with battle (Mars), intelligence & good/evil.
Interestingly the 1st mother is Carcer with is the prison.
I also find it interesting how the geomancer table is ordered with Mothers, Daughters, Neice, Witnesses, Judge.
Witnesses, Judge, Prison, Good/Evil. Why do I have the feeling this is some Judge Dred vibe?
