You shall not pass!

I will be making a well thought out post and I click sumbit and it just refreshes the page causing all of my work to be destroyed and not posted?

Happens to me sometime too, but not always when I'm posting. Sometimes it will happen when I am scrolling or something along those lines.

I've had this happen to me a few times before.
It's the reason I frequently copy my post before submitting so that I don't lose it.

It's happened to me as well, I always assumed it happened when you stayed on the post screen for to long. A good habit to get into is to copy a long post before you hit submit.

I've had that problem in the past too, but an even worse problem has been happening to me as of late. I'll be typing up my post, and sometimes the cursor will randomly jump up a line or three, causing me to butcher what I had just wrote. Sometimes, it even highlights a large selection, causing me to delete half my post.

Very fustrating, I doubt it's Bnet, but I'm trying to debug what is going on.

I'm not that active, but never dead.

What operating system and browser are you guys using?

That should help see if there is a pattern.

Whenever you are complaining/documenting bugs it's best to give as much information as possible. This is just a good rule to live by.

Windows Live ID sessions have a maximum age. At the end of this limit, they try an auto refresh your session (depending on how long it has been since the session expired). That auto refresh can easily cause you to lose any data you were entering.

The session is loooong, so it is likely the only reason you'd be experiencing this is if you clicked the box that said "Save my password". Side effects of doing that include this issue, poor security, forgetting your password, and general scorn from me.

It's happened to me a few times but very infrequently. What Achronos described above can cause the problem you are talking about.

I wish Bungie would create a auto draft feature. There are ways to repopulate that input field either by a post method or auto saving the data to another cookie.
