Only happens when I play Halo:reach or Halo 3.

I tried on xbox forums but none of the suggestions worked.

Just hoping someone here has like a little trick or something they know of.

FYI it's not my connection, Recently upgraded it and it still happens.

Also discuss your favourite gun in reach lol.

He's told me he does, you're acting like he's afraid to own up to it. Which he isn't.

I heard deleting system 32 on your computer helps!

Winner of the 2012 Lurker of the Year award.

I'm watching you.

If you're constantly having connection issues then the problem is most likely due to your connection. If that's the case then I suggest what was said above. Make sure your NAT isn't strict and check to make sure your router is compatible with xbox360's. You might have to do a little research on that last one.

It will clear itself up after some time.

Yet another laughably bad glitch in Halo netcode that is "never the fault of the game and always the user!"...

I hate developers who keep trying to blame users for problems when it's obviously the games issue.

It's not the game it's something to do with maybe my settings or my xbox. I get disconnected it's not that the game is laggy.
