Yea, some people say it doesn't take skill to play a video game but I will have to call BS on that because, if it didn't there would have never been any AGP,CAL, or MLG. I have been playing Halo since the AGP days, I know a lot of you probably don't know what that is but it was like MLG a long time ago. Anyways here is what could be done to make Halo3 more fun/balanced/skilled IMO.
-Lower auto-aim a good amount, It was very high in Halo2.
-Make the lock-on rocket less affective aginst ground units so that hogs and ghosts have a chance of dodging a rocket.
-Speed up the game, In Halo2 you run pretty slow compared to Halo1, It made the game seem more slow and it made it easier to hit targets.
-Give us a good default spawn weapon, such as a BR, make it very accurate too.
-A wider field of vision is needed, In Halo2 it seemed as though you were zoomed in all the time just a tad bit, this is because the FOV in Halo2 is only 70 degrees, It would make a huge diffrence if it was turned up to 80 or 90 degrees.
-Please fix the plasma pistol lock-on and make it a good weapon to use for killing instead of just taking down sheilds.
-The sword needs a major fix, like make it where you have to charge up to lunge so it isn't as cheap.
-Dual-wielding needs a fix also, instead of nerfing all of the weapons and making them suck while weilded by therselves make it where you are less accurate when they are dual weilded, especially when you run.
-Fall damage, please put it back in, don't make it as dramatic as it was in Halo1 (if it was the same as Halo1 that would be better IMO) but atleast to where if you jump from the sniper spot in lockout to the lower walkways that would take downlike 2/3 of your sheild.
These are just some of my ideas, I have a book full of them. (Not really)
