How do i lose weight WITHOUT gaining muscle?
(I'm assuming fat loss)
1) The average person gets 2000 calories a day. Cut your diet by 500 calories and only intake 1500 calories. Only rules are no junk food, no fatty food, no fast food, no soda.
2) Cardio. Running, swimming, biking, dancing, whatever. Look into HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training
I'm certainly not an expert but I believe you mess with your hormones in the months leading up to the procedures. You may want to talk a professional dietician since this might complicate things.

I have self discipline. I'm able to enjoy a little junk food sometimes, its not bad. I like it how you jump to conclusions that I don't have a work ethic or self discipline. Lol
