In a full body workout, not really. I personally keep my back and chest somewhat separate, but it's not very important during a Full-body workout like the one in the OP.

Example:
Shoulders
Legs
Chest
Stomach
Arms
Back

I'm sure if you're in the armed forces you already do quite a bit of exercise. (This is meant for beginners btw)
You'd be surprised how out of shape you can get in the military. I'm in the Marine Core, and other than daily PT, which has declined in intensity over the years, you could be stuck at a desk the rest of the day.

I've got my workout all sorted thanks to a very nice gym instructor so now I just need my diet to be properly organised.

I basically need 100-130g of protein a day so I'm thinking of finding some high protein snack foods to have at work, any suggestions?
