Poll: Should Bungie consider adding these features? [closed]
Total Votes: 4
We all know Halo is known for its tons of multiplayer options, but I thought of some other options that will further increase the multiplayer fun, balance, and competitiveness
I think it would be a great idea if you could have a setting where you can enable all people in the room to play as a specific character model.
It could work like this...
When creating a game type, you can have model setting options. For example....
Setting 1 : Everyone is a Spartan
Setting 2 : Everyone is an Elite
Setting 3 : Everyone is a Brute
Setting 4 : Mix Mode (the heart and soul of halo. anybody can be any model, and you play as the character you picked in your profile.)
(these settings can work for both team and free for all games.)
And if bungie decides to add any additional character models, they could make a setting for that too.
Also, each character model can have their own abilities that have advantages/disadvantages against the other character models. For example...
Spartans - Faster run speed, little less health, more shot damage.
Elites - Can use camo like in the H2 singleplayer but has less health and slower run speed.
Brutes - More health, slower run speed, melee damage increased.
Its sorta like each character is a different class. They all would have their special attributes that make them unique in their own way. It would also give people a reason to play as different models. (and rid the elite bashers lol) Besides, if all models are made equal again, wouldn't that be a little boring?
It would be fun developing different play styles and strategies around each model you play as. I think this would really bring out the epic battle that the Halo franchise is all about....
battling other alien creatures, exploiting their weaknesses, and shooting the $@#% out of them.
Anyways, those are just my ideas on how to improve the multiplayer experience. I cant wait to see what bungie has in store for us, regardless of what they decide doing.
peace out.
