Hanger one I just shredded with the SMGs until ammo was out and I just threw 'nades like a boss while BRing.

My experience playing Cairo Station on Legendary

This thought has been kicking around my mind since I read the Mail Sack: What are Bungie interviews like? I mean, they obviously have standardized questions of where you worked, critiques, etc. but I wonder if really far out there questions are asked?

The movie theatre I used to work at asked me what my favorite movie was, which I think at the time was Step Brothers.

Anyhow, what do you think goes on inside the deepest bowels of the Bungie Head Offices during a potential employee's interview?

I can remember an employee saying that his interview lasted up to 10hours.

Fight your way out; only scrubs and mashers jump out of the corner

As interesting as that would undoubtedly be, I don't think they should. It would dilute the interview process too much.

Coming from having experience at a company that did the 8 hour interview, I can tell you that part of this process is to see how they react under pressure, see what their coping skills look like, and their problem solving skills.

If Bungie publicizes their interview process, it would give some individuals artificial advantages over others, and would make it generally hard to get an accurate picture of who has what qualities. They simply wouldn't know if you saw the inevitable "here's how to pass an interview at Bungie" guide that would result from such exposure, or if they were genuinely as good as they appear to be.

Just an average Iowa State University student. Go Cyclones!

Take a look at the Breaking In pieces. They usually give some idea as to what Bungie's interview process is like.
