Part 1: Introduction
What are the Simulants?
Simulants is a casual Halo: Reach-based and soon to be Halo 4-based group that parodies the bots from Perfect Dark. It is a free group. Meaning no requirements are necessary to join; except that you make a SILVER Xbox Live account to gain access to your "simulant", which also means you don't need to change your current gamertag.
The sole purpose of Simulants is for challenge, as well as comic relief purely based on people's reactions. If you like to have fun while at the same time giving yourself a challenge, Simulants is for you. You'd be surprised how effective the sims are.
What is a simulant?
A simulant, commonly shortened to sim, is a bot that resembles or simulates a certain action.
For example, a simulant by the name of "FistSim" would simulate the action of fisting, or using melee based attacks. Another, "SpeedSim", on the other hand, would specialize in the act of quickness.
This is just a very small portion of variety of the simulants. Simulants can range from every action and emotion you can think of.
How can I join?
As stated above, all you need to get in the Simulants is a free (Silver) Xbox Live account. Although, while in the Simulants, you must remain extremely loyal, which means sticking to your sim task. For example, if you're "NadeSim", you're limited to only using grenade-based attacks, otherwise you will be kicked out of the group.
You must pick your Simulant name out of the list of simulants and then associate it with your Silver XBL account. Once you've done that, you're officially a Sim.
