I doubt it's Oni 2. 11 years ago Halo would have been in development, possibly a similar stage as the new IP is currently in.
Same. It was just a random comment made, however it does show that their game is in playable format. Hopefully something happens this week, but I doubt it.

Or a trillion other games we were playing 11 years ago.
Has to be Battlefield 1942.
Widescreen is so lame, Bungie is going back to standard format!

Awesome.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

LOL the only 2 "factions" of Oni are the syndicate and the TCTF. Oni is also owned by Take 2 interactive. And, Oni ended pretty well and would not need a sequel.

I really doubt there will be an Oni 2.

I came for Halo, but I heard the Tru7h, fought thru Carnage, and stayed for Bungie.

I pity the guys in that screenshot. Weirdos are probably going to stalk them now on facebook.

We already have people who want to stalk children for Destny, they should change their pictures.

Cool site, too bad Rockstar doesn't do anything with their IP they own.

It is just like how Take 2 had Myth and doesn't do anything with it, well except make Myth 3 which is said to be the worst game in the series.

Meh... I'm still waiting for Owt Gnop. :D

Aren't we all?

I can't wait for this/these game(s). Assuming they're talking about Destiny or Marathon 4.

So does this mean the game is being developed on the 360, pc, or ps3 ? Does this guys just have an Xbox 720/infinity?
So many unanswered questions. Soon the darkness will consume us.
I'm leaning towards the Xbox 360 theory, just saying.

Join the Bungie Kids Podcast Group!

Listen to our podcast and listen to us talk about the latest Bungie news and Halo: Reach updates!

When I grow up, I want to be just like goofenhour.

Oni 2? That was just a joke by that guy, lol. Chris Butcher's first game at Bungie was Oni circa 2000(?) and he apparently loved that game to death the way he described it on the podcast.

I think what he saying is pretty much exactly how he worded it. He is saying that the game that he is working on is so much fun and that he is getting so invested into the game, that he took the time out of his weekend playing the game. Not playtesting, not mandatory playtesting, not bug finding, but playing it because he likes playing it. And he is saying that he hasn't felt/done that way in 11 years, which we can assume the game he is talking about that was 11 years ago is Halo CE.

Looks like the 1 of 7 people probably will get to play it.

What do you mean Blasphemy? PS2 was my first console, I played so many games of Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2 on it.

I understand nothing because my life is a conspiracy.

Didn't Chris Butcher have to sign something because he looked a lot like The Rookie's girlfriend?

Alright, so the time has come to stalk the children of Bungie Employees and pester them with questions about the game.

Children will break.

As a professional, I can attest to this.

The answer's obvious, of course. Bungie's new game will strip your phone of its battery charge.
