I want her...

Well if it was a retail and digital release, I'd have to go for the retail version myself

You imply a level of control over Halo: Reach matchmaking that we no longer have. Or, in your vernacular, it isn't our shiznit anymore.

I've been needing a reason to move over to PC... It would be nice but the first one will only be on 360 and whatever the next Xbox is.
Do you see those prices?

I would love if the second installation of Destiny would be on Steam. It's an amazing community and it makes it 10 times easier to convince my friends to buy it.

If this game is an MMO, it won't work on the 360.

It's impossible for them to put it on steam. If memory serves me correctly, there was a bit in the Activision Contract which forbade them from collaborating with Valve. I'll look it up real quick...
...and approved by Licensor, Activision shall have the right to have such Conversion developed by one of its internally-owned studios or by a third party developer, provided that Licensor shall have the right to approve any third party deveioper proposed to be utilized by Activision, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed (it being expressly understood and agreed by the parties that only an deveioper that is not a competitive risk to Licensor is reasonable for Licensor to approve, and Licensor hereby expressly disapproves of Valve, Epic and Gearbox as potential third party developers for Conversions (unless such third party developer should become an Activision majority or wholly-owned studio), and Licensor cannot disapprove of the use by Activision of an Activision majority or wholly-owned studio), and Licensor shall otherwise provide production, QA, associated management services, and other reasonable assistance to Activision and any internal Activision studio or third party developer in connection with the development of any such Conversions.
All that really means is that any sort of conversion or porting of Destiny to PC, Wii, PS3, will be done by either Bungie or an approved 3rd party developer that is not in direct competition with Activision or any of it's partnered developers. Valve, Epic and Gearbox may not port destiny to PC or PS3.

This doesn't mean that Activision disapproves of the Steam platform as a vendor for Destiny (PC) and all subsequent sequels.

:-)
I was wondering about that. You'd think that if Activision had some kind of childish war with Valve to the extent of "Well we're not using the main way people get downloadable games these days because you own it", I or we would've heard of it by now (plus, Activision has released games on Steam before).
