This has been grinding my gears for a while now. In previous halos, I remember the that the likelyhood of partying up with other players was much higher, post-game, was much higher. I used to party up with people all the time. I would populate my friends list with people who would play at the same time I would. But now there's 20 seconds? No one waits around for that long.

It would feel more like a community again if it was 10 seconds less, maybe there's some small chance I might get to know eNemaS4FreE.

Wasn't it around the same length in Halo 3?

I doubt the time limit is the issue anyway, maybe people just don't like to party up any more.

Do you really want to get to know eNemaS4FreE? He might give you something, for free.

I'm not sure. Didn't that one have a check system? I remember that happened often.

Why Bungie, why would you do this?! - Halo Community

I rarely team up, 75% of the time they are just bad at the game. However, I often stick with good arena people if I'm searching alone.
