Don't worry, I've already gotten it for you.

OT: I've never really thought about it that way before; the idea completely slipped my mind. It could possibly be some indication of what's to come, but most likely you're just over thinking things. Then again, with Bungie you never really know.

Bungie likes hiding things in plain sight, but you may be reading too far into things this time.

  • 07.28.2012 11:13 AM PDT

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”
- Dawes, A little bit of everything

The mailsack has become a regularly scheduled article here, so I think that was what he was referring to.

Roll with the hits, not under them.

No, you can't have it. But thanks for asking!

Considering that a recent mailsack had somebody wondering if it was the last mailsack, I think they're just reiterating that this is a continuing tradition without end in sight.

This is the way the world ends,

Not with a bang but a whimper.

The Bungie community really will make a conspiracy out of anything.

Clearly you should just accept that Bungie's statement is a weather balloon.

The Northern star is something that you know will always act as a guide, and is about as consistent as something can get.

Deej is just saying that the consistency of the Mail sack is just as reliable.

Plus, it links back into 'see you starside' and Aerospace as an added bonus.

I always get those two mixed up because they have similar color schemes. Yes, obviously High Ground.

You've never truly experienced Shakespeare until you have enjoyed him in the original Klingon

Well, the North Star is Polaris, which is about 434 light years away, so we know that it hasn't gone Supernova back in 1578...

If somebody actually caught that as the reference rather than Julius Caesar, that would have been awesome.
