I've seen the videos. I've seen the betrayals. I've seen the poor pathfinding on Nightfall.
I would have experienced total loss of immersion if I hadn't been reading posts before playing, where I learned things like:
-firing your gun gets Jun to start firing his gun
-if Jun gets knocked off at the part where you're supposed to defend him, he won't come back up
-on Co-op, it's possible to delete Jun permanently (IIRC)
So when I finally got to play, I had abandoned all hope of stealth so the experience wasn't as dissatisfying as it could have been:
-Turns out that it's possible to block the bastard in the first area so it is possible to stealth. It's just a pain in the ass.
-Turns out that an AI collection without any causalities by Jun is possible.
-Turns out a distance of at least 150 m will not alert Covies at that distance.
Stealth is indeed possible. But even without Jun, it's difficult. The best you could do in the area with the pylon:
-bridge Covies
-3 gunners
-Elite General
