lol

I was just posting in the 16 xboxs/16 TVs.. when I remembered to make a new thread on what I was thinking..

I searched around on the internet, but it was all confusing to me. And I knew this place would have all the answers.

Ok, so my friend is buying a sort-of-broken-still-playable xbox, and we're going to fix it - it's an easy thing to fix. And we wanted to play systemlink one day since our exams are over. Not just us 2, but 8 other of our friends.

I know a CAT5 cable wont work for 2 xboxs.. and so were going out to buy a crossover/search our houses for one. But can you use this crossover cable just to directly plug in the cable from 1 xbox to the other.. and you do not need to go through a hub/network just for 2 xboxs..??

Also, I know that halo2 allows like 2 people on one screen, and say 3 on the other.. can Halo1 do that too? I got told it HAS to be 4.. which I highly doubt.

Crossover is Xbox to Xbox. A hub is not required.

Halo 1 and 2 allows up to 4 players per screen. So you can do a 4v4 with two Xboxes. I doesn't have to be 4 for each box. It can be 2 or 3 too.
