Can Reach multiplayer stats under a player's service record change due to game play, but not be registered/picked up by Waypoint under the history review, ie matches are actually played, but Waypoint does not reflect it in the history?

Or is Waypoint history accurate in what Reach matches are shown as having been played, and any additional stat changes under a player's service record (making it appear there is game activity) is really a service glitch?

Thanks for any thoughts, experience, knowledge, on this one!

It's your personal service record. Whatever you do online in games will be tracked and saved.

For example: I kill one player with the sniper rifle, my total kills with the sniper rifle will go up by 1. If I kill 100 Covenant with the sniper rifle, not only does my sniper rifle kill count go up in Firefight (100 added on to my previous kill count) but also the 100 Covenant killed will be added to my total of Covenant Killed.

I appreciate your comment.

What I'm getting at is:

Some friends stats went up while supposedly playing Reach and Waypoint did not record any matches. You can see the stats under their service record in Reach increase, but nothing changed on Waypoint. Is this a glitch with Waypoint?

Or is Waypoint correct in what it was showing, ie no matches were occurring? Hence the stat increases seen under their service records were a glitch due to the Reach server(s).
