Ok i need help of a ring world reader, because on 2:41 there is that didiact sphere, but it is actually from the book ring world.

What i suggest is, that someone who read the book and remembers it, explains what it is... and we get to think about it.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

Fixed.
OT: Wow, I've never heard of that book before.
I also don't know anything about it.

In all do respect FTW you seriously need to work on your English so we can actually understand what the hell you are asking. I am not saying you need to be some English professor but it would be nice to understand what you are trying to say.

Now, I assume you are talking about Ringworld? What exactly are you asking?

Will do grey.

No i actually meant about the ring world by Larry Niven.

The picture i showed in the video is from the book "Ring World", it looks very similar to the didacts sphere.
What i was trying to say is that, if someone could explain what does this sphere from the book does, we might possibly know something from the sphere from halo 4.

Might be worth looking into.

The only thing they have in common is that they are both spheres -_-

That isn't official Art so i can't tell you what that is, but in the book they were using little ships for transport around the ring though they weren't described like that. I haven't touched ringworld since October so i don't recall much.

I did write up a rather sloppy post about the influence's StarHammer had on Halo that i could post since that had more influence than ringworld. I was to do one on ringworld but the series really isn't interesting. If you didn't like Primordium don't even look at the series.

You asked for somebody that read the book to explain this to you correct? I am telling you that probably isn't official Art and I don't recall anything in the book that was described like that. Their ship wasn't spherical nor were their transports.

And like i said they are "almost the same" because they are spherical. You could say "O" and "0" are "almost the same".

Ehh, for you i would say don't bother.

You are going to be interested in the aliens and their motives more than the actual story. It is just like primordium except there is no revelation at the end, nearly the entire book is them walking on this ring trying to get off it while encountering the natives.

The main connections in the novels are

Humans being lucky
An advanced alien race manipulating other Aliens
A Ringworld
Several types of unknown human races
An Alien race based off war, pride and honor
Humanity would have lost a war if they weren't lucky
Humans pretty much being the best alien race
An advanced alien race that can move entire planetary systems

etc
