No, ExcessiveFaun6 is not my real gamertag.

Cortana: The message just repeats. "Regret, Regret, Regret."
Miranda: Any idea what it means?
Sgt. Johnson: Dear Humanity... we regret being alien bastards. We regret coming to Earth. And we most definitely regret that the Corps just blew up our raggedy-ass fleet!
Marines: Hoo-rah!

I see two main complaints these days:

There are users who post too much.
The forum is dead/stagnant.

I want to know firstly if you feel that these are mutually exclusive, and if so, which is the lesser of two evils?

I personally don't believe they are mutually exclusive issues; a forum can certainly be devoid of fresh, new discussion while simultaneously having a group of users that post too often with glaringly similar ideas, which don't contribute to the health of the forum.

My spoon isn't the only thing that's too big

Let's take our lessons from the NSA:

Too much information creates too many false leads, distracting from important details.

Too little creates too few leads in general, leading to important details not getting mention.

Both seem to suck equally as hard.

http://www.capturemyhaloclips.com/ - Get your Halo clips captured.
The Artists Corner - Show other members your artistic talent.
Storywrite - Where I am writing my book.

If the forum is dead or dying then there's nobody who is going to post a lot of replies or threads because there's nobody or hardly anybody to generate a decent discussion.

The lesser would be posting too much, nobody wants to visit a dead forum with no topics or discussion.

I prefer the users who post too much. At least I can laugh when people make fun of them.

How can someone post too much? Look at MyNameIsCharlie, he post a lot, and most of it is quality.

I'm remaining neutral on the topic of "if a person can post too much", but there are a lot of people that complain about it pretty much every day who would love to debate with you on the topic haha. I was just repeating that common sentiment and asking a question about it.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

It is because those people are not being patient.
