Is that your way of saying that there's no competition this week?

It's not that I'm crazy... It's just that, you're not as far out there as I am.

A general question: Who were your role models?

I think the guy above you got it,
That'd be a real bummer if so, since I knew both. I keep F5ing for a verdict, hah.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

There was a challenge, Deej embedded it deep in the bowels of the mailsack so it wouldn't be as fast to find.

You ever notice how it is usually the same movies every time we do this?

Princess Bride seems to be pretty high tier for questions along with Lord of the Rings, Fight Club, and anything nostalgic. :3

We need a community forum movie party.

At the end, DeeJ wrote "The game won't ship its self!"

Anyone else think that this is a sign of getting close to launch or break in the darkness?

Launch? Not so much. We've still got a year to a year and a half left as seen by the contract. But for the light to return to our hearts? Here's hoping!

You're probably right. I just thought it was interesting that with all this darkness, you wouldn't expect to hear something about the game, no matter how vague and probably unrelated it is.

No. That was my way of not communicating that I am not making it easy on you. Who knows, maybe some week the challenge itself will be hidden in riddle and shrouded in enigma.

AcedannyK 7 How often is Bungie-related apparel worn in the studio?

Every single day. It's pretty easy to sort the ancients from the noobs. They drape themselves proudly in threadbare swag stained by the sweat from shipping older titles. The rest of us stick to the colorful new designs that we shared with you on Bungie day. To the untrained eye, it looks like we have a really bad gang problem.
So is DeeJ mocking our assumptions that the symbols are factions or am I reading too deeply?

It's simple. Bungie plans to get everyone involved with their game, so much that we have no choice to choose our "Gang" (that looks really bad and disorganized) and go forth to represent. The 7th Column will reign in the future because of -blam!-.

Some people asked me what the Dead Orbit symbol means (even saw a few people glance at the symbol), maybe I can confidently say I am not affiliated with a cult or group of thugs.

I think you're reading too deeply, but I don't like how your question makes sense the more I think on it.

You could respond to this in several ways:

Yes, it's showing up like this on my end.
Sven, you're a jackass.
Nope, I'm just getting a LinkedIn profile and Bnet article.
