Subject: Is there any problems with the Bungie Servers for Halo Reach?

I just got done playing Team Swat and also played one game of BTB . On the first few games of Team Swat everything was smooth and functioning correctly. About the 3rd or fourth game in all of a sudden the game tried to reconnect and select a new host. This continued from game to game in swat with black screens (with the final boot of the players except me). I got disconnected twice from xbox live, during all the games. So I just wanted to make sure that everything was smooth and cool on Bungies end. If every things good on your servers, I'm wondering if I recently downgraded my HD Cable box to a standard cable box if that through a kink into this. Or if it's just the lovely Comcast servers. I'm just trying to narrow down the problem. Thanks! - Brandon E aka FracturedWolf (if you need my gamertag)

I've got a fan!

Bungie doesn't control any servers related to Reach. The issue is almost certainly your own connection issue.

Anyways, cable isn't internet; they're separate plans, so downgrading your cable wouldn't interfere.

Bungie doesn't maintain the Matchmaking servers anymore. It's all 343 Industries servers now. So ask them.

It's all good, happens all the time.

And just for good measure, Bungie doesn't have anything to do with Halo anymore, whether it be servers, Matchmaking selection, and all Halo games. All of the current Halo games (Halo 3, ODST, Reach) are being maintain by 343 Industries and all future Halo games (Halo 4, etc.) is now solely being developed and maintain by 343 Industries. Long story short, Halo is now in the hands of 343.

Be sure to tell your friends too.
