Fourth (in all fairness I had to go into DeeJ's recent posts to find the last mailsack and find this post)
We should talk about the future of games' use of non-console elements to improve the gameplay of the game. That may sound vague, so let me give you an example: Say an MMORPG on a console (bear with me) has an in-game marketplace to buy and sell items, and the developer also has (on their website or some game website) an online version of the marketplace that works in real-time with the in-game one and all the other players. And, that developer also has a mobile app that, say, allows you to equip and manage your character on the go and it updates your character in-game (and isn't just a simulator for DPS purposes, etc.).
These kinds of out-of-game, nonessential, yet very useful resources are the kinds of things, I think, could be utilized in the future of gaming. What do you (at Bungie) think?
Note: This probably won't get picked due to its length and most people's (understandable) inability to answer this question in a line or two of text. Oh well. It was a good question to ask.
