I'm gonna finish it. Just like Jigga did to the pyramid.

When did this get pinned?

It isn't pinned, it's just a top forum topic.

I'm either a fool or an inteligent man, depending on how sleepy or angry I am.

I originaly made an account on 07.27.2007 but I wanted to link my GT and made this account. Don't forget your passwords!

A calendar for quick and easy acess? I love it!

The only problem is that people are needed to maintain it and it would be a good idea to have multiple people able to add stuff incase the main person can not.

I also don't think it should be a Google Callender.

And of cource, with a calendar comes time.

The name's Ian, Game Designer at Whisper Game Studios, very off-and-on Bungie.net visitor and avid Bungie fan overall. Message me if you wish.

Alright, I know this is a recent development, but I haven't seen much in the way of events being posted on here. There doesn't seem to be a specific format of which we post events to the calendar. I'm assuming we go to one of the two people who run it and then propose game events and ideas. Though, besides that, how is word of each event supposed to be spread those unbeknownst to this thread. I just stumbled upon it today and I've been going on here for at least once or twice a week since B-Day.

I'm simply saying we need to get people making events here. I was just going to make a thread about making a gaming event tonight and maybe thursday night but I'm not sure how to advertise any of the events I have in mind. Creating a thread for the event would seem fruitless but groups are even less reliable and worth while for posting community event ads.

OP's lust for a popular topic was satisfied, nobody uses this, and he hasn't even updated it this month. Didn't see that coming.

That's rude. OP is probably busy with college, if you have enough free time why don't you volunteer to update it instead o f criticizing and insulting him? It's much more constructive.

Good idea OP. We are doing something similar over at HaloUnity.com, in which 40 or 50 of the biggest Halo communities can post/promote their activities and events. There is a calendar, albeit not as uber functional as Google's, on our site listing daily and recurring events. I think the site will become more active with the launch of Halo 4.
