Think about it.
What if your playing with fall damage on Relic, Capture the Flag.
Do you know how hard it would be to get the flag of the base. There are tons of maps like this and I think there going to be tons of maps like this in Halo 3.
Why do people keep mentioning H2's levels! Think!
halo3= new game, which most likely equals new maps!
And if that logic fails, think about this....Halo:CE had high levels too...we managed, and it was fun as hell
YES thank god someone who understands!!!! I feel the same way!!!!
look, they want they game to be accesable, and fall damage makes it less so
and also halo:CE's high levels were designed with fall damage in mind, Halo 2's wernt
also, the removal of fall damage was because of the improved armor, and i doubt that the MACH VII will have more primitive tech than the MACH VI
Exactly....so why do they keep mentioning H2 levels. Obviously, if Halo 3 has fall damamge, the levels will be deigned to accomodate. SO its useless to keep saying "in such and such H2 level, fall damage will suck" New game=New levels.
As far as accessibilty, i didn't see halo:ce sales suffer due to fall damage. And please don't say H2 sold more copies....yeah, I know, it was off the wind of Halo:ce and the fact it was LIVE enabled. Not becaue it didn't have fall damage or the pistol
