To discount b.net because of the Flood would be to discount the human race because of an infectious disease. Thus only forums that are not a scourge unto humantiy could make me lose all faith.

Oh, and as an addendum: If I ran into True Underdog, I'd of course knife fight him. That's been the plan for years.

Maroon 5 is awesome. Deal with it.

The odds of me meeting a Bungie Mod IRL are extremely slim. Considering Skibbs isn't a moderator anymore. I have no Idea where Dazza is in Australia. And I don't feel like spending a fortune on plane tickets just to meet one.

A grammatical error! This man is intoxicated! And we all know how much bobcast likes to drink. And by we I mean me and the other people who get the reference I'm making to something I know nothing about due to my account age.

You didn't answer my question. I find this disturbing, especially now that it's relevant.

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”

I don't always correct forum moderators, but when I do I question their sobriety.

I'd ask them if they keep count of how many people they have banned.

Here's a better question to flow along the topic;
Is it better to meet people based on their sobriety?

For instance, I would definitely meet bobcast, but I definitely don't want him to be intoxicated.

I met Hao Chen, Joe Venzon and Natalya Tatarchuk this past week. With Hao I just gave him a big "Thank you for making Halo look so good" but since he was in a rush I couldn't exactly say much else to him. When I met Joe, we were coincidentally sitting next to each other prior to a course at Siggraph and I was talking to a guy next to me about how much I want to work at Bungie in the future and he turned and started talking about how he works there. It took me a bit but I eventually remembered who he was and we were just chatting before the talk started. With Natalya, I was just talking to her about something Hao said to me before he left and it was a good talk. Seeing as I'm not looking to be (at the moment at least) a graphics engineer, these guys didn't exactly have tips for me, but they were willing to talk to me and help as much as they could so that was nice.

The folks at Bungie are always great to talk to.

I assume you were at Siggraph? I recall most of the Graphics Engineers being out for that.

I was indeed. Wonderful experience. Though I heard that you guys sent quite a bit of your graphics engineers over and the higher-ups weren't so pleased lol.
