....The game of releasing game news, games and generally become not so dark, do you think it could be a revolution of the gaming industry?

What we've got to go on so far is scarce to say the least but judging from what we have got, and what Bungie have done in the past....what in your opinion could Bungie do to change the way we play games?

Failing that, what kind of game would revolutionise the way games are played?

What do you guys think?

More power gloves and digitizing the gamers into the world via space magic.

First on a BWU.. yeah, I'm cool.

Yes, I believe Bungie's next game will revolutionize gaming. Other game developers and publishers will try to mimic the success of Bungie's next IP, we'll see clones and what not.

But I don't think we'll see anything completely brand new.

I lol'd at the absurd miscommunication that occurs whenever dibbs post something. Perhaps his brain is so highly evolved that he can no longer clearly communicate with lesser life forms, even among his own species.

You can't change the way the game is played. The king stay the king.

Bungie were never 'out' of The Game.

And you all just lost.

Back on topic, Bungie have a near perfect track record. They began the 3d revolution of RTS games, they brought the y axis to first person shooters, and then there's the small factor of the Halo game they made.
Sure, the first two may not be what they're remembered for these days - but it grants an idea as to how much potential there is within the studio. Sure, it might be a slightly different group of people there now, but I wouldn't doubt anything Bungie are working on, not with their history.

Heh, I still didn't really answer the OP. I don't know what they'll bring to the table this time, but whatever it is, I'm pretty sure we'll be impressed.

Then you might as well sling your hook now since it will have MMO aspects.

Are you kidding me?

You must have an incredibly limited imagination on what an MMO could possibly become. Or you just don't have the mental capacity to imagine a world built by players, where the story is yours to create.

Either way, you might as well pack your bags, cause its gonna have plenty of MMO elements, if it isn't one to begin with.

Gonna be amazing, finally, a true console MMO, with the quality elements of Bungie's online matchmaking systems.

Can't wait.

What an idiotic statement to make. Why wouldn't you support Bungie because they decide to go in a different direction than "Super Awesome Spaceshooter With New Super Original Plot About Aliens... IN SPAAAACCCEEE!!!"?

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

They would probably define an entirely new genre of gaming again.
Second-person perspective? Helmets with your controllers to get rid of t.v.'s? We'll just have to wait.
