yes while the aformentioned quotes would lead you to believe the forunners are the humans i see just as much, if not more reasoning to prove the covenant are the forrunners. First at the time 343 stated "it is good to see some have survived to reproduce", 343 had seen the covenant as well as the humans. the pillar of autumn the where 343 got his "lost history" was a war ship one fighting the covenant, it had just as much info on the covenant as the humans. and finally there is no mention of the forerunners in human lore cira 2552, however the covenant have rehashed forunner technology, have a very loose understanding of halo and believe the protocall unit 343 to be the oracle showing some prevalent proof to forunner existance in covenant backgrounds, while no evidence, other than the arc, exists to lead one to believe the forunners were ever on earth.

Wow threads like this make me wish there was a really was a halo so I could just kill off all life for the crimes of stupidity and spam such as this.

We get it. For some reason every 5 seconds another theory maker brings up a topic which he beleives to be completely original or he decides to repost another repeat of evidense or a theory that has already been overtalked about and despite the futility of argueing over such things as technically no direct answers (only clues) have been given no matter how many times you repeat these threads it will not change the fact that what you have is a theory and nothing more.

Please for the love of god stop posting this back and forth futile arguement of such things as forerunners= or don't = humans (amongst other topics). I seriously would consider killing new borns rather than subject them to this mocerey of an intelligent conversation you people continue to have.

whilst i agree with the fact that there is no clear answer, i was hoping that point was proven in my thread, i see no need for; A. the vulgarity, or B. the fact that you made your point in four long run-on sentances.
