Don't judge a book by its cover, unless it has bacon on the cover, then it is a good book.

You guys were obviously big contributors to the Bungie.net community. So did you post a lot of your own threads or did you just reply to other members threads? If you did post a lot of threads, how come you don't post as many now that you are Mods? are you asked to scale back?

and one more thing, there are a lot of members on this site that post tons of stuff that generate good conversation and promote a good discussion atmosphere, but they aren't Mods, What is that special thing that Mod's do to get them noticed?

I remember when the last batch of mods were introduced. A few were my friends. It was fun seeing them get the opportunity.

I like to imagine we're all like cookies, being baked in an oven. One day we'll be finished, and B.net eats some and turns them into mods. At least, that's the image i got when i referred to it as a 'batch' of mods.

There are a lot of times when a mod posts something that doesn't really generate discussion yet they're still mods.

Mods are incapable of generating discussion.
Fix'd for a more accurate statement ;)

I don't know, but I do remember Achilles saying "That's just like how I imagined it would be from Gene Simmons!"

Case and point: don't worry about it. Girls start getting boobies pretty soon, and then you'll have plenty of other things to think about. Being an Inheritor is not a life goal.

I never see a mod post something that promotes a good discussion atmosphere.

The way I assume you become a mod is to have a bitter resentment for the Community of bungie.net that the web team can use to entrap them. Once they're stuck in the trap, the web team puts them in a soft room and mentally breaks them down, but using visual reinforcements to make them believe that rule breakers put them in there. They then give them moderator status and send them onto bungie.net while they're still in a blind rage. Eventually this rage wears off and becomes sarcasm, this will only last for a short time until reeducation has fixed them.

There are many powers in the world, for good or for evil. Some are greater than I am. Against some I have not yet been measured. But my time is coming.
