IDK about you guys but I want Halo 3 to be extremly hard, BUT i do not want it to be cheap hard like Halo 2. I want it to be hard because the sheer amount of enemies and tactics used by them. For Instance a patrol of grunts find you you kill two and one gets away. That one alerts whoever is higher in the chain of command and depending on the level of dificulty is what kind of enenmys get attacked and maybe if you realy unlucky(or lucky the way I look at it) theyll send ina dropship with a pair of hunters to flush you out. I also want them to call out positions and radio enemys from other areas. Not only will this be realy hard and challenging for a single player campain but encourage plenty of teamwork during co-op considering if one of you dies. You both have to start over.

Thats cool, how about if you try to get through a level with minimal detection, the less enemys there will be throughout the level, and if you go in there and just start blowing -blam!- up, more enemys will be waiting at certain points too find you, more enmeys, higher levels, ect ect.

That's a semi-good idea, but I don't like the idea of whole new troops coming in. For example, they could run into a room ahead and alert all the elites inside that you were coming, and they'd come and kill you, but a dropship just because a grunt got away? I think I speak for everybody taht in a gigantic firefight, I couldn't get ALL the Covies if after a couple were killed they retreated. So, basically, I like, butu you should have to actually fight MORE covies as a result of one getting away. You could fight more at once, but not more covies total. Just my 2 cents....

All those who believe in psychokinesis, raise my hand.

Who's Al and what was wrong with him in the first place?
