I once saw a guy who looked like Lars while I was standing in line at a Super Market. It was obviously not him, but I handed him the item divider and asked if he needed a drop shield. Needless to say, his face bore a bewildered expression.

Saw a guy with the Bungie fist drawn on his costume at Leeds last year.

...

It was some wrestler's logo though
xD

That's one of the funniest posts I've seen all day. I don't know why but it just is.

Yes, there is a road near my house called Beaver Creek, I always thought that was awesome. Next time I drive by I'll have to take a picture.

There are residential areas near here as well named Beaver Creek. I also know one named Pinnacle.

I obviously relate these to the maps each time I pass by.

Yeah...

What made it more awkward was that Rise Against was playing really loudly and the conversation WAS AT THIS VOLUME THE WHOLE TIME AS I INTERROGATED HIM ABOUT HIS COSTUME. THEN HE SAID IT WAS JUST A WRESTLER'S LOGO AND I WAS JUST LIKE... GAH... OKAY... NEVERMIND THEN.

I understand nothing because my life is a conspiracy.

30 Rock. Tracy Jordan (played by Tracy Morgan) plays Halo 2 all of the time, and a few employees were playing Reach one time.

I was getting in the elevator in my building one morning a couple of weeks ago to walk my dog, and I happened to throw on a Bungie t-shirt. As I was getting into the elevator, another guy who was waiting looked at my shirt and said, "Bungie! Hey I work there too! I'm headed in now."

I said, "Oh I don't work for Bungie."

He said, "Sooooo... you USED to work for Bungie."

I said, "Nope, not that either. Just a fan."

He said, "Oh, so you just have the t-shirt."

I said, "Yeah."

Then we stood in embarrassing silence all the way down.
You totally could of infiltrated the studio that day.

I totally would have tried that for sure, if a Bungie employee confused you with another employee, then you could have get into the installation.

My logic is epic!

Yeah. I've had a couple people comment on my Bungie shirt. At Disney World I had a couple teenagers come up to me to inquire whether I worked at Bungie. If I wasn't so honest . . .

No, but a fellow community member spotted me in my Bungie t-shirt.

Key

Attention: I would just like to let everyone know that every time I read the title of this thread on the front page, I read "Bungie Pooping Up In Your Life?" and get very, very confused.

That is all.

I also saw a guy with a burn bright burn blue shirt at the Warped Tour this year, if I wasn't so intoxicated I would have went up and said hey.

What goes here??

Not at all.

  • 08.30.2012 6:33 AM PDT

What a waste....

I've seen a few people wearing Halo shirts where they were unexpected.

I've been bed-ridden for the past 3 days due to the flu. But, when I have been on CoD, I'll see a clan tag once in a while that says "Bnet", It puts a smile on my face. Not really irl, but the best I can do for now.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

No I don't, because nothing has showed itself to me yet.

I Live in Seattle, work at Microsoft, and still hardly ever Bungie related anything :( A few years ago it was different. I'll buy some swag soon so I can represent. It would be nice if Bungie had a sign off the freeway. I need to go to Kirkland to get me some Teriyaki!

I may seem to come across as a -blam!-, but I'm really just trying to help.

I've seen someone wearing a shirt on occasion... Or maybe that was me...

"You dead yet? No? You will be!"

"How you like them pears? Guess what I mean by pears."

"I'm gonna rip off his partridge and kick him in the pear tree!"

I have a friend at school who has the Tru7h, Carnage, Bungie hoodie.

Case and point: don't worry about it. Girls start getting boobies pretty soon, and then you'll have plenty of other things to think about. Being an Inheritor is not a life goal.

Bungie popping up in my life? They come by every now and then to ask for money, but they don't play a role in our child's life anymore.

  • 08.30.2012 11:11 AM PDT

What a hipster.

I was in Math when all of a sudden the problem "3 + 4 = ?" was put on the board. "3", the age I was when I first learned this problem. "4", the amount of years I've been on Bnet. And what does that equal?... 7.

Konspiracy.
