Sorry to keep this thread short, but what is your opinion about a Halo game where one can specifically change the A.I. difficulty of each group of enemy?


For example: keeping the Elites on Legendary difficulty, giving Brute the Heroic difficulty, Jackals on Normal, and Grunts stay on Easy.


For those who have some intellect about this sort of programming and such, would it be difficult to apply to a game?

I don't think it's that simple. But individually, it could be done.

H1: it's very easy

H2 Xbox: possibly
H2 Vista: severely limited plus it's all universal. You can't make 1 team have a better grenade rate than the other nor can you have 1 team with better RoF.

Shared AI:

"too bad the [styl] and [char] views are unfinished as those would probably hold key-AI elements I'd like to mod to make them smarter and more varied as the marines and the elites share the same AI in H2 "

As in generic.

H3: possibly
Reach: not sure
