Brute plasma can still work, just make it the only dual wieldable plasma rifle if they make the noormal plasma some freeze and make it a counter part to the return of the AR.

Carbine could be a great weapon, it's missing two things though, freeze and an over heat bar. Despite it requiring more physical pulls of the trigger if this weapon dropoped it's magazine in place of a smaller over heat limit (you can effectively fire your entire ammo supply of it with never overheating so long as you can control your firing, this with a freeze effect of old plasma could make it a valued sub sniper weapon as you slow down your enemies and pick them off.

Personally, I think the sentinel beam should be given the freeze effect. It sould make it a worthwhile weapon. Also, no, the Carbine cannot have freeze, it is a laser not plasma.

dual needlers rock. i own with those....no, really they arent that bad once you get use to em

some of the guns on halo2 feel kind weak like the carbine, it needs to be more....intimidateing,

i say they get riod of that attempt to give a counter to everyone( giving a carbine to the covies, a sniper..) I definatly want that magnum, gone and replaced perhaps with halo 1's pistol the plasma pistol.. of course. AT THE VERY -blam!-N LEAST they could make it so overheat cancels other action( you cannot swap weapons or shoot a grenade while you're beeing burned by your pistol thus getting rid of noob combo) if the AR is back then i guess SMG can stay as SMG is more for very short range splash fire as the AR is for medium-short range KILLING and COVER fire

Get rid of the sniper rifle. It takes no effort to shoot somebody one time.

Get rid of the rockets homing abilities......it takes the fun out of vehicles. And the brute plasma is decent when paired with an smg, but other than that it is useless as well. Oh, and the brute shot should'nt be scrapped due to it's effectiveness on maps such as gemini,
turf, elongation, and in close quarters areas on the larger maps. Its actually a very effective weapon if you get the hang of it.

And sniping takes quite a bit of skill.(in the right situation)

destroy the SMG and halo 2's BR, because now that we have the modified BR from HALO CE those guns would just be garbage (just as they always were), BUT THE ABSOLUTE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO HAVE COUNTER STRIKE PERCISION ACCURACY!!!!!!!!

Take the Plasma pistol out. Its WAY to easy to take out some ones shield. plus it would mean that no more Noob Combo. OR atleast make it so it does not homein as much.

also take the SMG out that gun sucks

i think my only complaint would be the never-ending sword. i think something cool that could be used with it could be an extra shield [you could pull the L trigger and pull it up as a riot shield] and when it's hit [especially with plasma weapons] it would drain it's battery.

I think making the BPR was useless it kinda wasnt balanced with every thing else because all it was was a PR always shooting at maximum power.

I don’t think that Halo 3 should have a Human/Covenant equivalent for every single Weapon/Vehicle, just in my opinion.

multiple times have i killed a guy one on one with just a pistol just aim for the head and about 5-8 rounds will do it its not really that hard
but anyway i think all weopens should be bak including new ones!!

No old Halo 1 Pistol. Takes as little skill as the noob combo of today. And also get rid of the PP, or atleast SEVERELY weaken it. With how it works now with the mix of head shot dependent weapons, it's too powerful.

No it wouldn't. Halo 1 did that. Balance was pretty decent. Different effects on different guns is fine. There's no need to make a Covie Sniper and a Human Sniper, unless they have some sort of noticeable differences. They're the same, except for some aesthetic differences.
