Ignore? Not so much. I will admit that I tend to take regular members less seriously, tho. I figure that the higher your title, the more credibility you have. But there are some titles you can get just by being around for a long time, regardless of the quality of your contributions.I do believe he's referring to the base title (Heroic, Legendary, Mythic) and not the prefixes (honorable, veteran, etc.)
regardless, title means nothing to quality. If I was a 10 year old Halo player that joined b.net years ago, and have been here for lets say 8 years, I would still be 18 years old, probably know the community granted I was active, but would still be a fairly immature person in nature. Granted I'm not saying all young people are immature, just at 18 I was. but at least people that have been here longer and are consistently active have a good idea what to say and what not to say. I see lots of blue bar posts that think they are better than the world, that would imho be the thought process of a less mature person, versus someone who has lived a good portion of adulthood. then again, I still have my occasional immature rants and i'm over 30!
