Dammit Penny, you've said what I'd say to other users >_>. (With the last paragraph) Oh boy, I'm not very good with these kinds of situations >_<; Alright, here I go:
This is your first time on Bungie.net, I can tell now. Usually it's best for people to read the board rules before posting a topic. Usually new users forget about the stickey's and simply post what they feel like posting. Whether it be posting on the wrong, or posting something stupid on any board. Some are innocent mistakes, and some are 'We don't give a damn, I'm posting where I feel like it' types. I admit I gave a bad example with helping you out =/ It's just people on these boards would've treated you harsher, although I shouldn't of acted rudely to you. You were just showing us how you beat a team of 4 by 1 afterall.
Some people, like me, tend to act a tad harsh to those who are really happy over what they think is an achievement. Congrats on beating them by 1, but I and others usually see posts like this almost everyday and I guess you can say we get tired of seeing them. I don't know why I get on some people's cases about posting in the wrong place. I guess it depends on the type of post made, and I assumed you were being a hardcore bragger with your post so I acted how I did. I honestly don't know why I feel so 'attached' to this site, I usually try and help people out and advise them where they should post/if they should post at all. I'm no Forum Ninja, I don't knwo why I post bad things in the first place as people who help shouldn't be mean at all.
I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, Penny. I do consider other peoples feelings (Even over the net), but I assumed you were an ass with your first post. I assume and usually am right, but I see you're a different person than those I usually see. As said before, sorry Penny! Please don't leave the Bungie Boards because of this, I hope you enjoy your stay here! Possibly read a few sticky's that say 'Read me first!' and we'll avoid another event like this.
