Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

You're playing a game of Halo 3, you're beating the other team, then suddenly everyone on both teams stop shooting and start to run in straight lines randomly, you can't deal them damage, then black screen and you end up at the matchmaking screen because game over and both teams "tied" somehow.

Can anyone tell me the name of that situation or elaborate on what is happening, please?

It means your connection was shoddy and you lagged out, mate. You disconnected from the game and those other players are still playing the actual game... but without you.

...Okay, then why didn't I lose any EXP from the multiple games I had that were like that? Because I'm pretty certain I saw somewhere here that you lose an EXP if you are disconnected or quit.

Also, how could my Xbox connection be suboptimal if my laptop internet speed seems fast?

"What are we holding on to, Sam?"
"That there's some good in this world, and it's worth fighting for."

You got host booted. It's a form of cheating in which your connection gets attacked enough to lag you out of the game. It's actually illegal too; it's known as DDOS.

I'm sorry America is busy helping others in the world and actually making a difference.

Something Canada will never do.

Black Ops 2 I run two accounts warmup only at 1.97kdr...real is at 3.77. i'm in master division 4 league play. pm 4 clan inv...must have 2.5 kdr or better

standbying or much more likely, LAG. I played MLG pro neighbor on his livestream. I did well and won :), but in the middle of the game I was standbyed. Kinda ruined the gameplay for me.

Anyway, from his screen, I was just walking aimlessly (where you think everyone is walking in a straight line) and eventually standing still on spawn (where it was black screen for you).

Yeah, you will lose 1 exp and it won't show till after the next game you finish. Sometimes it will show from signing out or reconnecting to the xbox live servers, but it won't show until after the real game is finished.

Fun fact: If you're in ranked and your team won, you can rank up from their victory. You will still lose the exp though.

Edit: Also, if half or more of the players from the game lag out or quit then that game will become unreliable and basically never existed. The medals, stats, and end result are worthless. In this case, you won't lose an exp.

global warming isn't proven and won't be - it's more of a political play for funding for "research"

Thank you, because I never lost any EXP, but I never gained any either, so thanks for clarifying it.

Welp, I guess it's time to get the ethernet cable back...
