Why must their be a Picture of T-bagging on the front page, don't you think this might encourage players to be even more Obnoxious?

You aren't from around here, are you?

So what with this game????
http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStats.aspx?gameID=511909056&a mp;player=PMS%20PsycoSKitty

As far as i know, my MVP's partners win 3 of 5 rounds! ;)

Maybe next time we can invite our great leader!

Didact's Reprisal -
Now is the time of our unworlding
One final effort is all that remains
And I am not afraid
We shall fulfill our promise
We fight for the grace of the Mantle
And this time none of you will be left behind

Notice on the third game, New001 most killed by New001

  • 06.22.2006 3:11 PM PDT

The first game was a warmup and was called out as such prior to even selecting the gametype and map, everyone was aware of it.

Unfortunately, between the lobby and initial spawn, Shishka fell off and had to be re-invited... but we got him back in and had a fun warmup.

The last game was just for fun, it's worth mentioning that it was not very fun as I was experimenting with some strange settings that weren't very well designed for that many players... it was just a random game I started out of boredom as everyone was getting chatty in the lobby.

MVPs chose the first two games, we chose the third... it works the same way in pretty much every humpday challenge. We won the first two games of the challenge, they won the third.

They were a fun group to play with!

  • 06.22.2006 3:14 PM PDT

so who's NEW001?

I corpse-hump out of respect and adoration.

Nice. So when I passed on the opportunity to corpse-hump you, that was disrespect! I understand now... :)

it was fun - next time we'll try for a less laggy game. Yeah who was New001??

Those were some pretty fun games, although it sucks that there was so much lag in the first game. If we ever do a rematch, hopefully I won't play as bad as I did in the games that actually counted.

Great job by the Bungie guys for the "win' and thanks for letting us MVPs get in on the action. I was on standby, but watched the action via the game updates here on Bungie.net.

Of course, I would think it would be fair to point out that the there were actually FIVE games played between the Bungie crew and the MVPs.

Game 1 - Team Slayer (MVPs win 250-211) Oh yeah, after the game this was considered a "practice game" therefore it didn't count. http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStats.aspx?gameID=511909056&a mp;p layer=New0001

Game 2 - per the account (Bungie 100 MVPs 92) http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStats.aspx?gameID=511922840&a mp;p layer=New0001

Game 3 - per account (Bungie 50 MVPs 45) http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStats.aspx?gameID=511930699&a mp;p layer=New0001

Game 4 - (MVPs win 50-45) One would think this leads to a tie-breaker game http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStats.aspx?gameID=511935575&a mp;p layer=New0001

Game 5 - (MVPs win 3 flags to 1) Hmmmm, that seems to show that the MVPs win the challenge 3 to 2. Unless of course you employ Bungie scoring. :-)

The entire MVPs crew is glad for the chance to have battled and are happy to revisit this at Bungie's request.

Game 4 -

Didn't any of you guys capture any of the games on capture card like HP did last week?

Great Work Bungie. We're all proud of you.

Phrog pilots, reckless and free. We would strap into our birds, set the engines on fire, and leave these earthly bonds with a chorus of WHOP WHOP WHOP. Akin to beating your chest and howling in defiance at the rest of the world.

How very sneaky. "Frankie Special" should be renamed "SPNK this Suckorz".

You underestimate the sneakiness.

The last game was... interesting.

It's supposed to be for 4v4 and I didn't have the rounds setup correctly, but the general concept was there.

Was the general concept "boring" or "stupid"?

Ridonkulous. The word of the day! Congrats bungie. When can we expect to see more info on your Ridonkulously amazing H3 multiplayer competitions over at HQ?

-Most Excellent Theophilus

You really want to ask? All we're going to get is "Frankie owned this one guy on some map with some weapon and got killed by some other weapon by the rest of the guys on the other team."
But really, does Bungie only play popular people now, so that if they win they can brag their asses off? I tell you, if they could beat me, i'd be impressed. I suck with rockets, so you KNOW I have to be good with everything else. Meh, just making some statements, not goin anywhere. Good job Bungie! <3 New0001 =D

Considering you corpse-hump when you kill someone, not so often?

Well, if its an uneventful game, sometimes if I find a body i'll corpse hump it for no reason. I would be suspicious if someone else DIDN'T do the same.
