Redoubt, a players skill level is not based on how many times he kills in multiplayer, or how many times he dies through single player or co-op. A player is only as good as his competition. Therefore, the A.I. of the game may be overwhelming for some some (specially on Legendary) while a human opponent may not fair equally good. What I meant in my previews post was that, co-op helps improve interplayer relationship, helps a player help another better. Its an everyone wins situation. By working together, two players can interact better when put together again to face off enemies, thus online co-op would help improve this, as thus the casual offline co-op. Me and some friends of mine really work well in teams because of co-op. We always find away to overcome the A.I. and human opponent's through team work, all the while equally on our own because team work also works to help you improvise better on your own.
Sorry to have jumped off topic there, was just clearing my point.
