Subject: Do you care how long members have been here?

I know, right?
Jay acts like she's better than everyone else simply because she's a chick.
I hope she chokes to death.

Admittedly, I find it hard to give much credence to members who joined after the site went dark, as I figure they're most likely alts. But otherwise, titles don't mean much to me. There are enough silly older members that automatically respecting someone based on their title is a bit foolish, IMO.

Nope. It's all about the content of the post for me. I could care less if they've been here for x amount of days/months/years.

This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends;
Not with a bang but a whimper.

So long as the account was made more than a month ago, I tend to regard all members equally, at least until I am given a reason to doubt their maturity or veracity.

Not really. Besides, the titles give a good enough hint.

I judge people off their post and how they come across. I hardly ever check somebody's join date. I'll only do that if I think the person is a trolling alt.

Yeah, I really only check someone's profile if they've flamed me/sent me a nasty message and they're someone I've never spoken to before. Happened to me just the other day, and it turned out the account was about a month old, a member of only two groups (both open), and had just a couple of posts to its name. :P

Citizens of Me! The cruelty of the old Pharaoh is a thing of the past. Let a whole new wave of cruelty wash over this lazy land.

Hear the word of Pharaoh. Build unto me a statue of ridiculous proportion. One billion cubits in height......that I might be remembered for all eternity!

And be quick about it!

If a member is really new on the site then yeah, one might assume that they could be an alt. Other then that, it doesn't matter too much.

Most new members won't throw themselves into a chaotic discussion...and if they're an alt they'll speak in a way that sticks out. I've seen many hours old accounts know quite a bit about the people here.

Not really, as long as they contribute to a discussion who cares who long they've been around.

I like older members because we share (probably) the same experience of old, but I like the same for new members too, freshness it's always good.
